Our client is a Market leader in the distribution of Chilled, Frozen and Ambient Goods-Based in Evesham Worcestershire ** On-going and casual work for successful applicants** Duties: ·Daily vehicle checks – reporting any damages or faults to the Transport team. ·Delivering Chilled, Frozen or Ambient goods to various destinations across the UK (1-4 deliveries (on average) and occasional collection on return to the yard. ·Regular checks of Chilled trailer temperatures. ·Regular communication between driver and Transport Office. ·To always keep vehicle Cabs clean and tidy. ·Always demonstrate a professional attitude and manor Requirements: Previous experience in a similar position – min 6 months due to insurance criteria Max 6 points – no DD/DR endorsements due to insurance criteria Valid licence, CPC & Tacho Always conduct yourself with professionalism Able to night out when necessary (majority of days will be returning to yard) Sound geographical knowledge Hours of work Varius shifts and shift patterns available Day shift start timed between 04:00 and 12:00 Night shift start times between 14:00 and 02:00 DAY TRAMPERS Sunday - Thursday Thursday-Monday Friday-Monday Saturday-Tuesday SINGLE DAY DRIVERS Friday-Monday Saturday-Monday NIGHT TRAMPERS Monday-Friday Tuesday-Saturday Wednesday-Sunday SINGLE NIGHT DRIVERS Sunday - Thursday Wednesday-Sunday Day drivers Single day runs Rates of pay Days: Mon – Fri£210 per shift, Sat - £230, Sun - £240 Nights: Mon – Fri £225 per shift, Sat - £245, Sun - £255 Night out pay -£25 ** All rates inclusive of holiday pay – Holiday pay can be separated on request.
