Our client based in Redditch Worcestershire are a market leader in the distribution of Fresh Produce. We are recruiting for
HGV Class 2 drivers to start ASAP
on a Temp – Perm basis. Duties ·
Delivering to Small High Street outlets across a 75 mile radius of starting location. ·
Assisting with loading the vehicle. ·
Loading and unloading trollies at points of delivery and collection. ·
Following organised run sheets ·
Regular recording of fridge temperatures ·
Represent our client in a professional manner at all times ·
On average 5-7 drops a day within a close proximity of each other. ·
Daily Vehicle checks As a HGVC Class 2 driver working for our client you must have: ·
Friendly and well presented ·
A flexible working attitude ·
Flexible availability ·
HGV Class 2 entitlement ·
In date CPC and Tacho ·
Flexibility to drive either Class 2/7.5T or van ·
Good communication skills both written and verbal ·
Ideally minimum 6 months' experience driving a class 2 vehicle (although NEW Pass drivers will be considered) ·
Willingness to drive smaller vehicles when required (Van, 7.5t) Hours of Work: Tuesday – Saturday and the occasional Monday with 2 days off per week Start times between 05:30-07:30
