Join Our Team! We are looking for an organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to support our busy recruitment operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent administrative support. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our recruitment consultants, processing payroll, maintaining accurate records, and acting as a point of contact for our temporary workforce. Key Responsibilities General administration duties to support the recruitment team Processing weekly payroll accurately and efficiently Managing candidate and worker records Liaising with temporary workers regarding assignments, pay queries, and compliance documentation Updating recruitment databases and CRM systems Preparing reports and spreadsheets as required Supporting candidate onboarding and compliance processes Dealing with incoming telephone calls and email enquiries Maintaining accurate filing and document management systems Assisting with other administration tasks as required Skills & Experience Required Previous administration experience, ideally within recruitment, payroll, or a fast-paced office environment Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office , including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively Professional and confident telephone manner Reliable, organised, and self-motivated What We Offer Flexible part-time hours Friendly and supportive working environment Opportunity to develop within a growing recruitment business Variety of responsibilities across recruitment, payroll, and administration If you are highly organised, enjoy working with people, and have strong administrative and Microsoft Office skills, we would love to hear from you.
