The predicted salary is between 12 - 16 £ per hour.

The role involves carrying out product day-to-day quality checks, reporting issues with the crop, and working in a packhouse/vase life room. Other tasks may be requested by the Technical Manager.

Normal working hours are 48 per week, and you will be paid a minimum of £12.21 per hour or more. There may be a need to work occasional overtime for which an overtime rate is applicable.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to handle physical work, including lifting buckets weighing up to 20 kg.
  • Must work to a good standard of quality and speed.
  • No previous experience required – full training is provided.
  • Must have proof of Right to Work in the UK.

Accommodation:

On-site accommodation is available in shared caravans (4–6 people per unit). Cost: £74.62/week, deducted from wages. On-site agency support is available for all workers.
