Pro-Force are seeking a highly motivated and organised Onsite Recruitment Coordinator to join the team. Pro-Force works with some of the most prestigious companies in the country, tailoring recruitment services to clients' needs and finding work for thousands of people all across the UK, EU and the globe, and is a leading provider of the Seasonal Worker Scheme. This is a really exciting time to join the business as we implement our strategy for the next three years and celebrate the company's 20th year in the industry. Pro-Force is also part of the Greosn Group, the fastest-growing agricultural and horticultural business in the UK.

The Role Responsibilities include:

  • Plan the daily workforce to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and in full
  • Resolve workplace issues, including performance, absence, and disciplinary matters
  • Support the welfare of temporary staff and respond to day-to-day queries
  • Manage holidays, sickness, absences, and staff replacements
  • Maintain accurate records and provide reports to management
  • Provide cover for other Onsite Coordinators as required
