Production Supervisor in Kent

Job post summary Date posted: 5 June 2026 Pay: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year Job Description: Our client is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor with a strong background in the fruit production industry. This is a permanent position, offering 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts across 5 days out of 7 in a continuous operation. The role requires flexibility, working on a rotational shift pattern: One week on day shifts One week on afternoon shifts We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role, managing teams of up to 100 people in a fast-paced environment. The working environment is busy but very friendly, and the successful candidate must be confident in leading large teams while maintaining a positive atmosphere. Key requirements: Previous experience in a similar supervisory role Experience managing teams of up to 100 employees Strong organisational and leadership skills Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and support team members effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to health safety requirements at all times.
