We're looking for a reliable and detail-focused Data Entry Administrator to join our payroll support function here at Pro-Force. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in accurate, timely data entry and wants a role that fits around life, not the other way around.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Inputting and maintaining accurate workforce data to support our weekly payroll process
- Reviewing and checking data entries for errors before submission
- Supporting the Regional Payroll Manager with time-sensitive Wednesday reporting
- Flagging any discrepancies or queries to the wider payroll team
- Keeping records organised and up to date in line with company processes
The Details:
- Salary: £14.00 per hour
- Hours: Monday to Wednesday, 6 hours per day (18 hours per week)
- Flexible start/finish: Any 6-hour window between 06:00–17:00 to suit you
- Location: Primarily home-based, with occasional visits to our Bognor Regis office (once or twice per month)
- Equipment: All IT equipment provided
- Reports to: Regional Payroll Manager
- Holiday cover: This role requires 28 additional days of holiday cover per year, for which you will be paid accordingly
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a data entry role - this is a must
- Competent Excel user; you'll be working with spreadsheets daily so confidence here is essential
- Strong attention to detail - accuracy is everything in this role
- Reliable and self-motivated when working independently from home
- Good communication skills for flagging queries clearly and promptly
- Prior payroll experience is a bonus but not required
