Pro-Force is seeking a motivated and organised 1st Line Support & Systems Coordinator to join the IT team. This role is the first point of contact for day-to-day IT support and provides hands-on administration across Microsoft 365, new user setup, JotForm onboarding, and CRM support, ensuring colleagues are supported and systems remain reliable and secure. This is a really exciting time to join the business as we standardise, automate, and strengthen our IT environment, improving user experience and reducing manual admin.

Responsibilities include:

  • First point of contact for IT issues (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, devices, access, passwords, etc.)
  • Log, prioritise, and resolve tickets; escalate when needed
  • Providing “floor-walking” support at Shared Service to minimise downtime
  • Manage joiners, movers, and leavers (accounts and access)
  • Administer Microsoft 365 support (permissions, mailboxes, distribution lists)
  • Maintain and update onboarding forms (JotForm) and troubleshoot submissions
  • Support CRM access, configuration, and capture enhancement requests
  • Assist with security and compliance (MFA, phishing, access controls, GDPR)
  • Maintain documentation and asset records
  • Identify repeat issues and suggest improvements or automation

REQUIRED

  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer-focused, calm, patient, and helpful under pressure
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 support
  • Accurate and detail-oriented with admin tasks, form logic, and documentation
  • Able to work on-site at Hunstead House in a busy operational environment
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car for travel between offices/sites
  • Proof of right to work in the UK

DESIRED

  • Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange, and SharePoint administration
  • Familiarity with JotForm or similar forms/workflow tools
  • Basic Intune/device management knowledge, reporting skills, and service desk/ticketing experience
