We are looking for reliable and physically fit Supply Chain Operatives to join our team at a modern food production facility. This is a full‑time, ongoing position with an immediate start available for the right candidates.
PAY & HOURS:
- Basic Rate: £14.24 per hour
- Overtime Rate: £21.36 per hour
- Shifts: Morning shift – 05:30 to 17:30
- Pattern: 4 days on / 4 days off (12‑hour shifts)
- Breaks: 1-hour unpaid break included
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Efficiently loading and unloading products from trailers
- Moving stock between the intake and dispatch areas of the warehouse
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Strictly adhering to safety protocols and food hygiene guidelines
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as requested by the management
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be physically fit as the role involves heavy lifting
- Good understanding of English (both written and verbal)
- Positive work attitude, punctuality, and reliability
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast‑paced environment
- Flexibility to work across different areas of the warehouse and production
