Pro Football Academy is the world's largest youth football brand — a vertically integrated ecosystem of 10,000 + paying members, 30 million social media followers, and proprietary digital infrastructure that turns a child's first football session into a lifetime relationship with the game. We operate physical training centres across the UK, Spain, Dubai and Miami, coaching approximately 10,000 young players every week. Alongside our physical business, we run a global media operation generating over 200 million content views every 90 days across our short‑form channels — making Pro Football Academy one of the most watched youth football brands in the world. We are an incredibly fast paced business growing at 50% year on year making this an exceptional moment to join a business that sits at the intersection of youth sport, digital media, gaming and retail brand.

As Digital Marketing Manager you will help own the end‑to‑end digital presence of the brand — from website strategy and content amplification to email marketing, app engagement and communications management. You will work directly with senior leadership and our creative team to ensure every digital touchpoint tells a consistent, compelling brand story. This is not a role for someone who wants to execute within a fixed brief. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, move quickly, and has creative flair — someone who understands that our digital channels are a commercial asset, not just a marketing function.
