The Tax Manager Role

As a Tax Manager, you will take ownership of a varied client portfolio, delivering predominantly advisory work alongside review responsibilities. This is a truly advisory-led position, with corporate tax compliance handled by the audit team and personal tax work prepared by junior staff, allowing you to focus on high-value client engagement and technical work. You will work closely with Partners and senior leadership, providing commercial tax advice while developing long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of private clients, owner-managed businesses and corporate clients
  • Delivering advisory work across areas such as CGT, IHT, EIS, R&D and structuring
  • Reviewing personal tax returns and corporate tax computations
