An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Transaction Services Director / Associate Director to join a highly regarded and growing Corporate Finance team in Manchester. This is a senior appointment for an experienced Transaction Services professional with a strong background in financial due diligence, who is looking to take the next step in their career within a growing and ambitious advisory business.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and growing the Transaction Services offering, while working closely with Partners, Directors and senior stakeholders across the wider Corporate Finance team.

What you will be doing as a Transaction Services Director / Associate Director:

  • Leading and managing financial due diligence assignments across a range of transactions.
  • Advising corporate and strategic buyers, private equity and other financial investors, as well as vendors.
  • Supporting clients throughout acquisitions, disposals, sale processes and other significant corporate transactions.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, management teams, private equity houses and others.
