Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support audits from planning through to completion
- Draft financial statements, management letters, and other key deliverables
- Supervise junior staff, delegate and review work, and appraise team performance
- Recommend control and process improvements to clients
Ideal Background:
- ACA/ACCA part-qualified
- Previous audit experience, ideally including FS exposure (not essential)
- Confident leading smaller audits and supporting larger engagements
- Strong communication, Excel skills, and familiarity with audit standards
