For the largest and most exciting transport projects in Europe, we are recruiting a Head of Programme Delivery to lead all client functions and client team within a Major Works Civils Contracts Integrated Programme Area Team (MWCC IPT), acting as delegate and deputy to the MWCC Project Client. This role will discharge the client responsibilities across an incredibly complex multi-billion-pound programme spanning tunnelling, mining, major underground structuring works, and navigating existing infrastructure and utilities.

Leading a team and responsible to the Programme Director, this role will ensure safe, compliant, on time and on budget delivery whilst interfacing with MWCC and 3 party stakeholders, undertaking NEC3 PM duties, and safeguarding client owned risks.

Main Duties:

  • Lead and manage performance of the client delivery team and the supply chain to deliver the integrated design, engineering, planning and delivery for construction.
  • Lead the integration and management of interfaces including strategic and local stakeholders.
  • Lead the client assurance programme across the Development Agreement.
  • Responsible for all NEC3 Project Manager duties and obligations as per contract.
  • Responsible for Construction Design and Management Regulations (CDM) duties.
