Corporate Finance Senior to join its growing Corporate Finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA or ACCA qualified professional looking to build a long-term career in Corporate Finance.
The role offers exposure across both Transaction Services and Lead Advisory, providing the opportunity to work on a broad range of deals including financial due diligence, acquisitions, disposals, fundraising and strategic advisory projects.

The Role
As a Corporate Finance Senior, you'll support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of transactions, working closely with clients, funders, professional advisers and senior members of the team.
- Transaction Services
- Assist with the planning and execution of financial due diligence assignments
- Prepare and manage information request lists
- Analyse financial and operational data to identify key trends, risks and opportunities
- Produce detailed databook analysis and supporting financial schedules
- Review information provided and ensure completeness and consistency
- Identify and investigate anomalies, outliers and performance drivers
- Support the preparation of client-facing due diligence reports
- Liaise with clients and internal specialist teams throughout engagements
- Lead Advisory
- Assist in the preparation of Information Memoranda and business plans
- Build and maintain financial models, forecasts and cash flow projections
- Conduct market research and strategic analysis
- Support buy-side and sell-side M&A assignments
- Research potential acquisition targets, investors and purchasers
- Prepare presentations, proposals and new business materials
- Liaise with clients, lenders and professional intermediaries during transactions
- Support relationship-building activities across the local business community
About You
Essential Requirements
- ACA ICAEW or ACCA qualified, ideally with all first time passes
- Strong background within Audit, Advisory or Transaction Services
- Excellent analytical and financial reporting skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Commercially aware with a genuine interest in Corporate Finance
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Desirable Experience
- Financial due diligence experience
- Exposure to M&A transactions
- Financial modelling experience
- Corporate Finance or Deal Advisory experience
