Your role as a Corporate Tax Manager / Senior Manager: Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, providing tax compliance, tax accounting and planning services. Support Partners on a range of advisory assignments, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and complex tax investigations. Review and oversee team workloads, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Deliver technically robust and commercially focused tax advice. ATT, CTA, ACA or ACCA qualification. Previous experience managing a corporate tax client portfolio. Strong technical corporate tax knowledge. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service.
