Audit Trainee Winnersh, Berkshire £28,000 - £33,000 + ACA Study Support A well-established and growing accountancy practice is looking to hire an ambitious Audit Trainee into its Winnersh-based audit team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has already gained some audit experience within practice and wants more exposure, stronger development and a clear route towards qualification.
You will join a supportive team working across a varied client base, with exposure to the full audit process and regular interaction with Managers, Senior Managers and Partners.
The role You will support the delivery of statutory audit assignments from planning through to completion, including: Audit planning and risk assessment work Sampling, testing and substantive procedures Preparing reconciliations and audit working papers Walkthroughs of internal controls Stock counts, minutes reviews and other audit procedures Supporting the preparation of audit files and deliverables Liaising directly with clients to obtain information and resolve queries Working with colleagues across the wider audit team The role will involve travel to client sites, alongside occasional collaboration with colleagues in other offices.
