Audit Semi-Senior - £35,000 - £40,000 | Hybrid working | Full study support + benefits

You're not fully qualified yet - but you're ready for more responsibility, more exposure, and a proper step up. If you're part-qualified and already building experience in audit, this role will give you the stretch and support you need to accelerate your progress.

You'll be joining a forward-thinking, growing firm where development isn't just talked about - it's built in. Expect early responsibility, direct client exposure, and the kind of variety that keeps things interesting.

You'll work closely with experienced Seniors and Managers, get stuck into planning and fieldwork, and gradually take the lead on your own audits as your confidence grows.

What we're looking for:

  • Part-qualified ACA or ACCA - ideally with half your exams completed
  • Around 2+ years' experience in a UK accountancy practice
  • Confident assisting on audits and ready to take on more responsibility
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word - CCH experience is a bonus
  • A genuine interest in developing your audit career long term
