Are you a motivated Audit Manager looking to join a rapidly growing accountancy firm who is also a certificated Great Place to Work®?

This Top 40 firm have opened a new office in Birmingham city centre, which in the long-term, will be their largest audit team in the UK. Working with a broad range of corporate audit clients in the Midlands, this is an excellent opportunity for an individual who looking for more autonomy and an open and friendly work environment.

Your role as an Audit Manager:

  • Working with a broad range of corporate clients across the West Midlands, you will take responsibility for leading, planning and delivering a range of audit engagements.
  • You will coach and develop junior members of the team and delegate work.
  • You will contribute to business development activities locally aswell as manage client relationships and expectations.
  • Support the team as it continues to grow and ensure that the firms culture is maintained.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • You must be ACA/ACCA Qualified with post qualification experience.
  • You will have experience in managing your own portfolio and already be in a management position.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate audit clients and some experience with NFP clients would be beneficial but not essential.
  • A good management rapport to mentor a growing audit team.
