We are representing a high-growth professional services firm seeking to make a critical senior appointment. This firm, known for its dynamic, international focus, is confidentially searching for a seasoned Audit Responsible Individual (RI) with a proven track record in audit compliance, leadership, and strategic management., Ideal candidates will come from a traditional accountancy background but must understand the nuances of working in a private equity-backed environment. Experience managing diverse, large teams and a portfolio of clients valued in excess of £1M is essential., * Post-RI experience (5-7 years).

  • Strong knowledge of audit software (CaseWare preferred) and financial reporting frameworks (IFRS, FRS102).

  • A proven ability to manage significant audit projects and diverse client portfolios.

  • ACA or ACCA qualification.

  • Ability to lead teams, deliver complex audits, and contribute to business development efforts.

  • Competitive salary packages – £120k+ for 2-3 years post-RI experience).
