Job Description

I am currently working on behalf of a top firm in London to find a number of Directors as a result of exponential growth.

Certain portfolios have simply exploded of late including Media & Tech (Particularly FinTech), Real Estate, Travel & Hospitality and Not for Profit.

Typically, it's a tough step to make if you are not already an RI and working as an experienced SM elsewhere however, this firm is flexible enough to consider those who are at this level providing it is feasible to obtain your RI Status within 18 months.

That being said, with the growth – you could actually be at the other end of the scale, and looking for Director positions that can lead into Partnership despite already being an RI with another top firm.

Either way, you could be very appealing to my client and I would be very keen to discuss this with you further.

This firm can boast of incredibly progression rates, staff retention and a very dynamic leadership team.

I see them as a more modern, forward-thinking firm that is hot on tech, marketing and branding. They do an incredible job networking, and getting their name out there which has probably prompted so much growth.

If this sounds like it could be of interest to you, give me a call on or send your CV to

Or alternatively, apply/ ping me a message here.
