The Opportunity:

• Title: Audit Associate Director
• Location: London with hybrid working
• Salary: £90,000 – £95,000 (negotiable for the right candidate)
• Progression: Clear and proven track to RI status and Partnership

You'll be reporting into a former Big 4 Partner who joined the firm as an AD, made RI Director in months, and Partner shortly after-proof the path is there for someone with the talent and drive.

Ideal Profile:

• Experienced Senior Manager ready for the next step
• Exposure to listed, PI, or other large audits
• ACA/ACCA qualified with RI ambitions
• Confident leading teams and liaising with high-profile clients
