Our client, a top 20 accountancy practice, is seeking an Audit & Accounts Senior to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to step into a role with diverse responsibilities and growth potential. The position will see you working closely with partners and managers, leading audits, and providing high-quality, client-focused services., Lead full-cycle audits from planning to completion, including supervising and delegating work to trainees.

Ensure timely delivery of audit files and maintain agreed-upon budgets and deadlines.

Participate in statutory accounts preparation, tax compliance, and other ad-hoc services.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, attending planning and close-down meetings.

Motivate and guide junior staff, assisting with their development and progression.

Ensure compliance with UK auditing standards (mainly FRS102).
