I'm recruiting for a leading UK accountancy firm in Maidenhead that is looking to strengthen its Corporate Tax team.

The firm combines the resources and technical expertise of a national practice with a collaborative working environment, offering the opportunity to work with a varied client base and develop your career.

The Role

You'll work with a diverse portfolio of clients, including owner-managed businesses, family companies and small to large international groups.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Managing corporate tax relationships across a varied client portfolio.
  • Delivering a combination of corporate tax compliance and advisory work.
  • Working with owner-managed businesses, family companies and larger international groups.
  • Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to provide additional support.
  • Contributing to the continued growth of the Corporate Tax offering.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the wider firm.

The balance of compliance and advisory work is flexible, allowing the role to be tailored to your experience, interests and longer-term career aspirations.

About You

I'm looking to speak with Corporate Tax professionals who are either established Managers or experienced Assistant Managers ready to take the next step.

You'll ideally have

  • Strong UK accountancy practice experience within Corporate Tax.
  • Experience working with a varied corporate client base.
  • A solid understanding of corporate tax compliance and advisory matters.
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills.
  • A commercial mindset and an interest in developing client relationships.

The firm is open to candidates at different stages within the Manager grade, with opportunities to progress as your experience develops.

  • Salary & Benefits
  • £62,000 - £73,000, depending on experience.
  • Hybrid working with two days from home.
  • Flexible working with core hours of 10am - 2pm.
  • 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Option to buy or sell up to five days' holiday.
