Pay and Reward Advisor | Interim | 3 months + | UK Fully Remote | Β£400 per day (Umbrella)
For a large Central Government department, we're recruiting three Interim Pay and Reward Advisors. These roles are fully remote (from the UK) and will be for at least 3-months, starting ASAP. The positions will manage the pay and reward administration process and provide policy advice to a range of stakeholders. The roles will evaluate jobs of all levels via Willis Towers Watson, and will support the ER process, support pensions administration, and provide support to the wider Pay and Reward team.
Main Duties:
- Manage the Pay and Reward mailbox - providing policy advice and prioritising responses
- Maintain a number of logs for audit purposes - i.e., for Business Cases
- Job evaluation for all levels of roles (Willis Towers Watson)
- Support the Employee Relations portfolio - arranging meetings, acting as secretary
- Support activities including the maintaining and administration EVP, and pensions communication
- Support the improvement to Intranet pages on Pay and Reward matters, publishing updates as necessary
- Provide support to the wider Pay and Reward team as required.
Person Specification:
- Good HR, Benefits, and Rewards administration experience, and ideally WTW experience
- HR Systems and Data Experience, including excellent Excel manipulation
- Good communication skills to speak to a wide range of employee / stakeholders
- Pension Administration
- Diary Management
