My client is a well established e-commerce site, established 23 years ago it has an excellent reputation for high quality products at great prices. The founder of the business is still involved although day to day responsibility sits with an operational board. The company currently has a turnover of £12.5 million.

Pro-Executive has the remit to source an individual to work alongside the founder as an E-Commerce Trader. The selected person will be responsible for the analytics and execution of trades whilst using the vast knowledge of the founder as well as his contacts. Trades will involve negotiating with suppliers (particularly in China) to negotiate deals and then pushing out campaigns on social media.

Knowledge of campaign management on Facebook / Instagram etc would be of a distinct advantage. The ability to collate information on a campaign's success during and after is essential so that it can be reviewed by the founder and Chairman. It is very much a developmental position and over time the successful person will have more autonomy until they are able to run trades themselves completely and become trading manager.

This is a unique and exciting position which can suit a wide variety of people. Applications are welcome from anybody with a wide range of backgrounds. The only requirement is an excellent academic record, demonstration of deal making and social media experience, and an ability to be pragmatic yet decisive.
