The successful candidate will support the Finance Team with a range of accounting and administrative duties while working towards a professional qualification. Responsibilities include:
- Processing supplier invoices
- Matching invoices to purchase orders
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Liaising with suppliers and colleagues
- Assisting with supplier account reconciliations
- Processing weekly timesheets
- Reviewing and investigating discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate records
- Supporting payroll preparation
- Assisting with finance administration
- Maintaining financial records
- Supporting month‑end activities
- Preparing reports and spreadsheets
- Providing documentation for audits
- Providing general administrative support, including filing, document management and responding to enquiries
The successful candidate will ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and procedures, build positive working relationships with colleagues and suppliers, participate fully in apprenticeship training and development activities, and undertake any other duties reasonably required by management.
