About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with individual pupils, supporting their unique learning journeys and empowering them to achieve their full potential. You’ll plan and deliver creative, tailored learning activities, and be a cornerstone of their academic and emotional growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting pupils 1:1 with specific learning needs in a nurturing and structured environment.
- Planning and adapting lesson activities that meet individual learning styles.
- Monitoring progress and celebrating every step of success.
- Collaborating closely with class teachers, SENCOs, parents, and support teams.
- Promoting emotional well-being, positive behaviour, and inclusive learning.
- Creating a safe, respectful, and engaging classroom culture.

- Proven experience working with children in a school setting.
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
- Confidence working 1:1 with children requiring tailored support.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
