Commercial Account Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Commercial Account Manager to join our team, in East Bergholt. In this role, you will be the driving force behind building strong relationships with our business clients, expanding our market presence, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your expertise in B2B sales, analysis, and communication will be essential to identifying new opportunities and maintaining long-term partnerships that fuel our growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing commercial clients to promote loyalty and retention
- Identify new business opportunities through targeted outreach and market analysis
- Lead negotiations and close sales deals with key accounts to meet company targets
- Utilise our CRM to track customer interactions, sales pipelines, and account activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a service or compliance industry
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts effectively
- A proactive attitude with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets
- A natural, confident communicator with experience speaking to customers and identifying sales opportunities over the phone.
