Van Driver / Removals Porter

Pro-Drive are currently recruiting on behalf of our client – a highly rated, professional removals company – for a Van Driver / Removals Porter to join their hardworking and friendly team. This is a physically demanding but highly rewarding role, ideal for someone who takes pride in great service and enjoys being part of a close-knit team. Key Responsibilities: * Driving a large 3.5T van to and from residential and commercial removal jobs * A large part of the role involves the physical loading and unloading of vehicles, including lifting furniture and heavy items * Handling customer belongings with care and attention * Delivering excellent service throughout the move – a highly customer-facing role * Working as part of a team on jobs that can be local or long-distance Requirements: * Full UK driving licence * Previous removals experience or experience in a physical role is preferred * Friendly, professional, and confident dealing with customers face-to-face * Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours Working Hours: * Hours will vary depending on the job – typically 6 to 12 hours per day * Some early starts may be required depending on the location of the move What’s on Offer: * Competitive hourly pay – weekly wages * Regular, ongoing work with potential for long-term opportunities * Immediate starts available * Join a 5-star rated team delivering top-quality removals service
