We're recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for a temp to permanent opportunity with a leading international logistics and freight forwarding company.
Our client is a well-established logistics provider with an extensive UK and European distribution network.
Renowned for delivering high-quality transport, warehousing and supply chain solutions, they invest in their fleet, operations and drivers, offering a professional and supportive working environment.
The Role
- Temp to permanent opportunity
- Monday to Friday
- 5:00pm start
- Straightforward trunking operation
- One delivery point and trailer swap in Witham, Essex
- Return to depot upon completion
- Double deck trailer work
- Completing vehicle checks and all relevant paperwork
- Adhering to Drivers' Hours, Working Time Directive and company procedures at all times
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Must have held your Class 1 licence for a minimum of 6 months
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous Class 1 trunking experience preferred
- Experience with double deck trailers is beneficial but not essential
- Professional, reliable and safety-conscious attitude
- Good understanding of Drivers' Hours regulations
