Location: Rugeley / Fradley Park, Staffordshire Pay: £15.00 – £23.81 per hour Shifts: AM & PM starts available Job Type: Full-time / Ongoing
We are currently recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers for a busy and well-established general haulage and distribution operation based around Rugeley and Fradley Park.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver looking for regular work, competitive pay and flexible start times.
The Role
As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for
- General haulage deliveries and collections
- Multi-drop deliveries depending on the route
- Driving Class 2 / Category C vehicles
- Completing daily vehicle checks
- Load security and safe transportation of goods
- Delivery paperwork and customer interaction
- Following drivers' hours and tachograph regulations
What We're Looking For
- Valid HGV Class 2 / Category C licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous Class 2 driving experience
- General haulage or distribution experience preferred
- Reliable and professional attitude
- Good knowledge of UK roads
