HGV Class 2 Driver (LGV C) – Day, Night & Weekend Shifts Available

Location: Derbyshire (Foston area)

Salary: £15.00 – £22.41 per hour (depending on shift)

We are a leading recruitment agency working on behalf of a well-established and highly reputable logistics provider based in the Foston area of Derbyshire. Due to continued growth and increased demand, we are now recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 (LGV C) Drivers for ongoing work across day, night, and weekend shifts.

The Role:

As an HGV Class 2 Driver, your duties will include:

  • Completing multi-drop deliveries across regional routes
  • Delivering goods to a variety of locations including retail stores and commercial premises
  • Operating tail lifts and pump trucks to safely load and unload deliveries
  • Managing delivery paperwork and ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Providing a professional level of customer service at delivery points

This role will involve physical work, including unloading goods at delivery locations.

Shift Options

We offer flexible working patterns to suit your lifestyle:

  • Day Shifts
  • Night Shifts
  • Weekend Shifts (Saturday and Sunday)

Pay Rates (PAYE)

  • Days: £15.00 – £16.81 per hour
  • Nights: £16.50 – £18.49 per hour
  • Saturdays: £17.30 – £19.39 per hour
  • Sundays: £20.00 – £22.41 per hour

Requirements

To be considered for this HGV Class 2 Driver role, you must have:

  • A valid HGV Class 2 (LGV C) licence
  • CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card
  • Previous multi-drop delivery experience is advantageous
  • Experience using tail lifts and pump trucks preferred
  • Good understanding of driver hours and regulations
