Entry-level IT Programme Manager opportunity supporting the planning, delivery and close-out of IT projects under the guidance of a Senior IT Project Manager. Hybrid working in Warwick, combining office-based collaboration with home working. Best suited to someone with 12 years IT project management experience who is organised, proactive and comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What Youll Be Doing
- Support the creation of project plans, schedules and budgets, helping to define deliverables and delivery timelines.
- Track project progress, identify risks or delivery issues early, and support the development of mitigation actions.
- Help ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget, coordinating with team members to keep tasks moving.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring artefacts are complete, consistent and accessible.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, issues and dependencies in a clear and structured way.
- Work with colleagues to identify opportunities to improve project management processes, templates and ways of working.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing to continuous improvement.
