Role overview

We are looking for a Digital Product Manager to set clear product goals, define success metrics, and lead delivery of customer focused digital capabilities. This role suits someone who can balance strategic product thinking with hands on execution, working closely with design, engineering, data, architecture, privacy, risk, and commercial stakeholders. The scope can cover core digital channels, wealth and asset management experiences, and in some environments digital assets and blockchain enabled products.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Define and communicate product vision, OKRs, and roadmap aligned to business strategy
  • Translate business outcomes into a prioritised backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Use customer feedback, analytics, and experimentation to validate ideas and improve experience
  • Own backlog management and lead agile routines including refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Manage cross team dependencies and build partnerships that keep delivery moving
  • Identify risks, blockers, and delivery constraints, escalating early and driving resolution
  • Define MVP scope and make trade offs based on value, feasibility, compliance, and resources
  • Support go to market planning including messaging, launch readiness
