My client is looking for a seasoned Sales Manager who has more than 10 years of experience in Commercial Property Management. Up to 100K basic + benefits/ commission/ car.

Must have (please don't apply if you don't have any of the below):

  • 10+ years experience in commercial property management.
  • Genuine hunter - this is a new business acquisition role.
  • Must be comfortable with and have a proven track record of consistent prospecting.
  • You will be highly driven and target-oriented.
  • Maximise revenues and grow the commercial property register.
  • Display high standards of service and presentation.
  • Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth.
  • Be highly organised, with the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships.

Location: North London/ Hertfordshire/ Remote/ Client locations.
