As Service Desk Analyst / 1st line IT Support (Cloud) you should have some of the following skills: Previous experience within a Service Desk environment , where you’ve been responsible for logging and closing tickets, with an understanding of KPI’s, SLA’s , strong communication skills, strong customer service skills and preferably some Microsoft Office 365 knowledge would be a huge advantage.
Successful Service Desk Analyst / 1st line IT Support (Cloud) will get the opportunity to receive training from highly experienced senior Cloud Engineers.
As Service Desk Analyst / 1st line IT Support (Cloud), you will need to have strong and logical troubleshooting / diagnostic’s ability, be resourceful, with a growth mindset and a drive and ambition to progress yourself.
