As Problem Manager, you will be responsible for proactively analysing and driving resolution of complex problems within our IT Infrastructure and services.

Successful candidates will be investigating and analysing incidents to identify underlying problems and root causes by proactively looking at ServiceNow.

You should have previous working experience in a similar role, preferably within an MSP environment, with a strong understanding of Problem Management processes and methodologies. Proficiency in incident management and root cause analysis, as well as familiarity with IT Infrastructure and services, including cloud, software, networks, and applications, is essential.

Ideally, you should have excellent knowledge of ITIL (ITIL v4 accreditation is ideal). As you’ll be collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, excellent communication and organisational skills are a must, along with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
