Pro-Connexions in City of London is seeking a Deskside Field Support Engineer to join a leading Managed Services environment. You will be the escalation point for the Service Desk, supporting Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and basic networking, with a solid grasp of ITIL processes.
The ideal candidate has around 3 years of hands-on deskside or end-user support experience in a multisite setup, excellent communication skills and prior VIP or stakeholder support experience.
