Location: London or West Midlands

Salary: £50,000 base / £100,000 OTE

Responsibilities

  • Drive new revenue across public sector organisations including NHS, Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Education and Central Government.
  • Sell a portfolio of IT and managed services solutions such as Cybersecurity, Cloud, Modern Workplace, Networking, Unified Communications, Contact Centre and Managed IT Support.
  • Generate new business within the public sector, identify and strategically profile target accounts, build pipeline through structured prospecting and warm opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement to contract award.
  • Navigate public sector procurement frameworks such as G‑Cloud, CCS and YPO.
  • Work within a high‑performing team of five BDMs, supported by marketing and bid support with warm leads and a clear sales process.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience selling into public sector organisations (NHS, Local Government, Housing Associations, Education, Blue Light, Central Government).
  • Technical background in Cybersecurity, Cloud, Modern Workplace, Networking, Unified Communications, Contact Centre, IT Support or Managed Services, and/or framework‑led technology procurement.
  • Experience with deal sizes ranging from £50k to multi‑million‑pound programmes.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and profile target accounts and position value within public sector procurement environments.
