Deskside Support Engineer / Desk Side Support Engineer– Traveling to various dedicated client site in London providing Onsite Deskside Support. As Deskside Support Engineer/ Onsite Support Engineer, you will need the following Skills: Microsoft Windows Server/ Desktop, Microsoft 365, Azure AD or Entra ID, good knowledge of Networking technologies (TCP/IP, Firewall, Routing/Switching). Successful Deskside Support Engineer / Desk Side Support Engineer/ Onsite Support Engineer will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills with previous experience of working within a fast-paced environment and preferably prides themselves on delivering the very best customer service at Deskside Onsite with customers and preferably have a background in an MSP (Managed Service Provider). Any Deskside Support Engineer / Desk Side Support Engineer/ Onsite Support Engineer who has had any previous experience of working as part of a team on small projects will have a huge advantage.
