As 3rd Line Support / Senior Support / Cloud Support / Infrastructure Support, you will need the following Skills:
- 3-4 years' experience in Cloud/Infrastructure Support within a Service Provider environment
- In-depth experience with Microsoft Windows Server, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory & Group Policy
- Excellent Azure solutions (SaaS, PaaS, & IaaS), DFS & FSlogix, Exchange / M365, Powershell scripting
- Strong experience of managing Virtual Environments (VMWare and/or Hyper-V)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience of working within a fast-paced environment, preferably enterprise level/ within a MSP
- Experience of adding value to a team and taking escalations from the 2nd line team
- Strong documentation skills, able to adhere to processes and procedures as well as incident management / escalations from the Service Desk
