The Role:
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Exterior Cleaner to join our growing team. The majority of the role will involve external window cleaning from the ground using a modern pole-fed water system, ensuring excellent results without the need for ladders.
Additional duties will include:
- Gutter cleaning and clearing
- Window Cleaning interior and exterior
- Fascia and soffit cleaning
- Occasional conservatory roof and exterior surface cleaning
- Providing excellent customer service and representing the company to a high standard
What We\’re Looking For:
- Someone reliable, punctual, and with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weathers
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
- Previous experience in exterior/window cleaning (preferred but not essential – full training provided)
- A positive, friendly attitude and attention to detail
- over 25 with clean driving license for insurance purposes
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence required
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a small team
- Good communication skills
- Will undertake a DBS check / sometimes required working on care homes or schools

- Competitive pay going up to £13.25 per hour after probation and £13.50 in Sept 2026
