Established in 2009, Pro Carrier is the exciting new cross border ecommerce delivery arm of DG International. The guiding principle of Pro Carrier is to allow our customers to find sending parcels cross border as simple as sending parcels within the UK. In offering a range of global delivery options, supported by a choice of final mile delivery partners, and backed up by smart and intuitive IT solutions, Pro Carrier has taken a fresh look at how we can support our customers to achieve cross border growth simply and effectively.
Your new role:
You will be required to contribute to the efficient and successful achievement of the overall departmental and business objectives by providing Goods In Out duties in a fast-paced warehouse environment, reporting to the Senior Warehouse Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Successfully processing parcels and alerting the management team to any errors (if any arise)
- Safely load/unload vehicles.
- Successfully scan parcels to the correct pallet group, alerting management to any issues.
- Stack & wrap pallets.
- Label & dispatch pallets.
- Assist with exceptions.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience – minimum 1 year required.
- Be confident working with a team as well as on your own.
- Be motivated and assertive.
- An outgoing personality would help fit into the fast-paced environment.
