Darauf haben Sie Appetit:
- Als Teamassistenz (m/w/d) Catering und Reinigung erledigen Sie souverän alle anfallenden administrativen Tätigkeiten, insbesondere:
- PrĂĽfung und Buchung von Rechnungen
- Inventureingabe
- Erstellen von Restantenrechnungen in Absprache mit der Betriebsleitung
- Wochen- und Monatsabschluss
- Unterstützung der Teamleitung im operativen Tagesgeschäft
- Planung und Koordination von Einsätzen im Bereich Catering und Reinigung sowie die monatliche Erfassung der Anwesenheit
- Kontrolle und Ablage von HACCP-Unterlagen u. a.
- Postbearbeitung
- Allgemeine BĂĽroorganisation
- Eingabe der vorgegebenen Warenbestellung ĂĽber unser System
- Verwaltung der betrieblichen Personalunterlagen inkl. Nachhalten der notwendigen Schulungen
- Führen von Statistiken, regelmäßige Preisvergleiche

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Assistenz, idealerweise in der Catering- oder Reinigungsbranche
- Sie verfügen über einen sicheren Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Programmen.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist in hohem MaĂźe strukturiert, diszipliniert und engagiert.
- Sichere Rechtschreibkenntnisse und eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab.
