This is an incredible opportunity for a driven, ambitious individual seeking a career in marketing. As a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice, you will play a vital role in supporting the B2B Marketing and New Business teams, with your work making a tangible difference.

Multi-Channel Marketer Training

During this advanced apprenticeship, you will acquire a wide range of knowledge, skills, and behaviours, covering topics such as:

  • Brand management
  • Content creation, SEO, and utilising AI
  • Online and offline marketing, including Google Ads certification

You will undertake the groundbreaking Professional Apprenticeships Multi Channel Marketer Level 3 qualification. The training is delivered via a hybrid model, with options for fully remote learning if needed. You will have monthly 1-2-1 sessions with your tutor and monthly group sessions focusing on specific topics, providing opportunities to collaborate with fellow apprentices. The program aims to develop you into a high-level, well-rounded digital marketer. You will learn about:

  • Principles of Marketing
  • Social media
  • Brand management
  • Content creation
  • Campaign evaluation and review
  • Paid media (PPC)

These modules are designed to kick-start your career, helping you stand out in a competitive field and boosting your earning potential.

Personal Qualities

Ideally, you will have a qualification in a business or creative subject and:

  • Be self-motivated, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work partly from home (1-2 days) and partly in the office (2-3 days) in Leeds.
  • Work efficiently under pressure, prioritise tasks, and maintain accuracy.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides, Outlook/Gmail).
  • Be numerate, with excellent written English, capable of contributing to email and social media content.
  • Have some understanding of social posting on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Be quick to learn new systems or platforms, with training provided as needed.
