Corporate Tax Associate - 3+ PQE - Law Firm

A great opportunity for a Corporate Tax Solicitor at 3+ PQE to join a well-regarded London law firm and work closely with an experienced Corporate Tax Partner. This role a great path for progression.
The team advises a broad mix of UK and international clients, covering corporate transactions, restructuring, international tax, real estate and wider tax advisory work. The role will give you exposure to:
- M&A, acquisitions, disposals and corporate restructurings
- UK and international tax structuring
- Real estate transactions and joint ventures
- Inbound investment and international tax issues
- General corporate tax advisory
- HMRC enquiries, investigations and tax disputes
You'll have plenty of client contact and partner exposure, with responsibility for managing matters and developing relationships as you progress. What they're looking for:
- UK-qualified Solicitor, ideally 3+ PQE
- A clear path for progression
- Strong corporate tax background from a recognised practice
- Good transactional and advisory experience
- Commercial approach and strong technical knowledge
- Confident dealing directly with clients
- Someone keen to develop their career within a growing Corporate Tax team
