What’s the Mission?

Support the team in catapulting A&M’s brand awareness and reach through Influencer Marketing, Brand Partnerships and PR so we continue to cultivate a community of loyal brand fans and expand our awareness as a global cult brand that is revolutionising the jewellery industry.

What does success look like?

• Proactively assisting the PR & Partnerships Manager with influencer outreach and coordination, identifying and reaching out to potential influencers for collaborations as well as fostering strong relationships with influencers through facilitating regular in-store service appointments.
• Supporting outreach and coordination of brand partnerships to elevate our brand presence.
• Successfully coordinating and facilitating product gifting for influencers, from micro to macro, ensuring seamless deliveries and impactful collaborations.
• Proactively working alongside our PR agency, responding to requests and sharing key updates and information to support our media outreach efforts.
• Supporting the PR & Partnerships Manager with monitoring and tracking all Influencer & PR engagement, ensuring influencers reflect our brand values and campaign goals.
• Creating quality campaign briefs (with the support of PR & Partnerships manager) to ensure strong content creation.
• Managing the growth and continued engagement of A&M’s ambassador program.
• Strong collaboration with wider teams such as Product and Merchandising, CRM, Performance Marketing and the wider Brand Marketing team, providing them with influencer assets and supporting their initiatives.
• Supporting weekly and EOM reporting on all gifting, in-store service appointments, and organic content coverage.
• Full support to the Brand Marketing team with activations and events with a collaborative, can-do attitude and positive approach.
• You will want to learn and soak up everything you can, staying up to date with trends, sharing your thoughts and ideas so we can push boundaries and disrupt the brand marketing space.
