ABOUT TDC PR
Founded in 2013, TDC is a global integrated B2B communications agency working with like-minded clients across the intersection of design, innovation, brand, culture and technology. TDC specialises in working with a mix of creative agencies, businesses, brands and industry bodies. We work with pioneering businesses and creative leaders to build reputation and drive business growth through integrated PR, digital and thought leadership campaigns.
A sample of our clients include Forpeople, SketchUp, Morrama, Conran Design Group, Lexus, Robilant and Swift Creatives — across brand, product, experience design and innovation. Our clients come to us not only for delivery, but for clear thinking, creative challenge and counsel that moves their business forward.
TDC is undergoing a transformation as we redefine the role and operations of a fit-for-purpose PR and digital agency. By embracing AI and technological innovation we are building a senior team of communications experts who offer an integrated and human-first approach.
THE ROLE
If you’re looking for a standard PR agency role with a tick box approach to delivery this is NOT the role for you. The successful candidate will be hungry to take ownership and responsibility for client accounts management and delivery.
A good understanding of the UK media, PR strategy and methodology is essential. The ideal candidate will have a personal passion for the design and creative industries and a strong understanding of the digital media landscape.
This role will report into TDC PR’s senior team, working together to co-manage our roster of clients and ensure the continued delivery of work in line with the high standards and personal, collaborative approach TDC PR has prided itself on from day one.

- Proactively monitoring the media landscape to identify opportunities and advise clients
- Developing news angles, stories and pitches to build client profiles
- Managing media relationships, speaking directly with journalists and industry influencers
- Analysing PR coverage and digital performance, and producing clear written reports
Client growth & contribution to the agency
- Providing strategic counsel and innovative, creative ideas to support client objectives
- Fulfilling client KPIs and supporting the growth of existing accounts
- Being involved in pitching for new business and contributing to integrated communications proposals
- Keeping up to date with PR and digital trends, tools and best practice
Team & leadership
- Supporting, managing and mentoring junior team members
- Leading on traditional PR and social media projects where appropriate
- Supporting with writing and sourcing social media content for clients and TDC channels

- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal abilities
