Here’s what you would be doing:
- Contributing to the delivery of digital communications, media, and strategic communications projects primarily for an education sector client, but also could include public sector organisations, NGOs, multilateral organisations, corporations, and global philanthropies.
- Supporting the account team in the project management of day-to-day tasks. Examples include tracking deliverables, scheduling calls, taking meeting notes, and preparing agendas.
- Supporting the account lead in preparing strategic guidance for clients.
- Conducting open-source desk research to brief the team on clients and specialist subject matters.
- Writing high-quality social media and blog content, as well as longer-form content including op-eds and press releases.
- Conducting research on stakeholders, including researching key contacts and collating contact details.
- Researching and preparing media lists.
- Producing internal reporting for clients, reviewing monthly key performance indicator (KPI) reports and project-based reports on the progress of campaigns.
- Coordinating with our team of designers to manage the creation of social media graphics and other communications materials.
Work Permission: You must have the right to work in the United Kingdom. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.
Compensation:
- £32,000 - £37,000 per annum (depending on experience).
- Business and personal performance-based bonus (delivered on a pro-rata basis).
- BUPA healthcare for the duration of the contract.
- 10 days paid sick leave per annum (calculated on a pro rata basis based on contract length).
- 25 days of annual leave, plus UK bank holidays and 2 additional days over the Christmas period (calculated on a pro rata basis based on contract length).
- Bonus birthday day off (must be taken within the week of your birthday).
Contract type: Fixed term (11 months) with possible extension/conversion to permanent contract.
